EV charging cable

EV charging cable usually refers to Mode 3 cable, which plugs into a wall box or charging station for an AC charge. It does not include an inner-cable control box, instead, it has two plugs at both ends, one for connecting into the electric vehicle and the other for an EV charger. Consumers are often required to bring their own Mode 3 cable to use public AC charging stations in Europe.

There are mainly two categories of charging cables, Type 1 to Type 2 and Type 2 to Type 2. Wissenergy provides both. Type 1 to Type 2 means one end of the cable is compatible with Type 1 inlet of the car while the other end suits for Type 2 outlet on an EV charger; Type 2 to Type 2 means one end of the cable is compatible with Type 2 inlet of the car while the other end suits for Type 2 outlet on an EV charger.

Our WS007 and WS008 are Type 1 to Type 2 charging cables, and our WS001, WS002, WS003 and WS004 are Type 2 to Type 2. The wire can be straight or spring. The length is usually 16 feet/5m by default. You may customize the length, color or wire kind of the cable, the color or logo pattern of the plug, and the box, sticker, tag or any other related aspects of the packaging as long as MOQ is reached.
